Be prepared to wait, but the wait is definitely worth it. It is a family affair every time we come here. Our family is particularly fond of ramen and we have been to many places in Bangkok over the 13 years we have lived here and nothing seems to beat Bankara. The soup base they use is really authentic and deliciously thick. We always order an extra serving of Kakuni (Braised Pork) which is just so tender. Each bowl costs about 200-250 Baht which is undoubtedly worth it because trust me, one bowl is more than enough. Though this may sound a little weird, they give you a spoonful of fat that keeps the soup hot and super creamy, giving you a delicious mouthful in every bite.
